The Tredagh Trekkers is a hiking, hillwalking and trekking club based in the Drogheda area. It was set up in March 1995. The club is fully affiliated to Mountaineering Ireland. Members walk regularly (every fortnight) from September to June, mainly in the Cooley, Mourne and Wicklow Mountains. There are generally two grades of walk organised for each date, easy and hard. Full information on our walks is available on the Events page. Members typically meet on the morning of a walk at the Donore Road Carpark (near the bus station) in Drogheda, in order to pool cars. Currently we have more than 80 members.
