In order to take an assessment, you must:
- be a current member of Mountaineering Ireland, The British Mountaineering Council or Mountaineering Scotland
- be registered for the Mountain Leader Award
- have completed the Mountain Leader Award training and have met the assessment requirements.
The cost for the assessment is €500.
