----------------------------

Transport - we are keen to facilitate carpooling and the use of public transport. If you do not drive, please do not let this stop you from coming to the event. We can put you in touch with someone who has offered to carpool. To organise this, please email caoilainn@mountaineering.ie. Please also note that parking at the IMC Hut is very limited, so participants may have to carpool from Glendalough on the day.

Food – all participants must bring their own food. For those staying in the IMC Hut, there are basic cooking facilities available but these will be shared by 30+ people. There are a number of restaurants and shops in Laragh / Glendalough.

In case of rain – if there is rain on the Saturday, bouldering will unfortunately not be an option. However, we have a number of back-up activities, including a tour of the boulders in Glendalough, an indoor rope skills workshop (no climbing involved), and a hike. Refunds will not be available if this occurs.

Refunds – refunds will be granted up to Friday 8th September. The 10% Eventbrite fee which is included in the ticket cost will be deducted from the refund.

If you have any questions about this event, please email caoilainn@mountaineering.ie
