Please review the following before proceeding.

Are you at least 18 years of age?

Have you successfully completed the Rock Climbing Instructor/Single Pitch Award? Please give details of your Assessor's name and your Assessment date.

Have you at least one year's rock climbing experience post RCI/SPA and that you are an active climber?

Have you let at least 15 multi pitch routes at a minimum of Severe grade? Most of these climbs must be in the UK or Ireland

Have you been involved as an instructor on a minimum of 10 climbing sessions post RCI/SPA?

Please give evidence of climbing harder routes where protection is leader placed. Most of this experience should be in the UK or Ireland

Please note that a paper logbook will not be issued for this award. Once your registration has been approved, a copy of the syllabus will appear on your DLOG. All activity should be recorded on your DLOG

Please be aware that by registering for this award, key data including your personal, registration, training and assessment details will be shared with Mountain Training UK & Ireland and Sport Ireland Coaching (Formerly Coaching Ireland). Data is shared for the purpose of facilitating seamless candidate training between the Republic of Ireland and the UK and for maintaining current training data within the island of Ireland. All data sharing and storage will be in accordance with the relevant Data Protection protocols and legislation.
