Are you a current member of a mountaineering council: Mountaineering Ireland, British Mountaineering Council, Mountaineering Scotland.
Do you hold a Climbing Wall Instructor/Climbing Wall Award or Rock Climbing Instructor/Single Pitch Award and have evidenced climbing coaching experience of at least one year in your DLog. Please confirm which award you hold and provide your assessor's name and the date of your assessment. If you hold an higher award, please give details
Do you lead climb consistently at French 6a?
Have you completed FUNdamentals 1 & 2. Please provide details of dates and the providers names
Have you experience of coaching climbing?
Have you attended a Safeguarding and Protecting Children in Sport Workshop or equivalent?
Would you prefer to use our digital log system to record your activities or to receive a paper log book? Please mark 'DLOG' or 'Paper'
If you do not yet hold the RCI/SPA or CWI/CWA Award, have you completed training (please give trainer and course date details)and can you demonstrate at least two years of climbing coaching experience

Please be aware that by registering for this award, key data including your personal, registration, training and assessment details will be shared with Mountain Training UK & Ireland and Sport Ireland Coaching (Formerly Coaching Ireland). Data is shared for the purposes of facilitating seamless candidate training between the Republic of Ireland and the UK and for maintaining current training data within the island of Ireland. All data sharing and storage will be in accordance with the relevant Data protocols and legislation.
