The Irish Mountain Log is a 60 page full colour magazine and is the membership magazine of Mountaineering Ireland, the national representative body for walkers and climbers in Ireland. It circulates (by post) both in the North and South of Ireland to the Mountaineering Ireland's 10,000 members. It is also sold in outdoor gear shops and other outlets.

Four issues of the magazine are published throughout the year: Spring (March), Summer (June), Autumn (September) and Winter (December).
