Irish Lead Climbing Championship

The Irish Lead Climbing Championship is the headline lead climbing competition for Irish climbers. It is a chance to climb challenging routes set by experienced international route setters.

Qualification Round 1 - Youth A, Youth B, Youth C 11:00 - 14:00
Qualification Round 2 - Junior, Senior, Masters 15:00 - 18:00 

Sunday

Semi-Final 1 - Youth A, Youth B, Youth C 9:00 - 11:00
Semi-Final 2 - Junior, Senior, Masters 11:30 - 13:30 
Final 1 - Youth A, Youth B, Youth C 14:30 - 15:30 
Final 2- Junior, Senior, Masters 16:30 - 17:30

Competition categories

The Irish Lead Climbing Championship is open to climbers in the following categories.

Climbers may only compete in one category. Climbers over the age of sixteen can choose to compete in the Senior category instead of their default category.
