Youth Climbing Series 2011
The Youth Climbing Series is a series of fun climbing competitions specifically for young people with the emphasis on enjoyment. It attracts hundreds of entrants across the UK and Ireland.

In 2011, the Mountaineering Ireland YCS will consist of 2 rounds in Northern Ireland, 2 rounds in the South of Ireland and a National Final. Entrants who qualifiy may also attend the GB final, run in conjunction with the BMC and Mountaineering Council of Scotland.

The competition is open to young people aged approximately 8-16 (see the rules for details).
So, whether you're new to climbing, or already have some experience, this could be just the competition for you.
