Preference is given to those who live locally. You must be an experienced hillwalker / mountaineer. Part of the recruitment process involves a 3 hour night navigation assessment.

This is a very time consuming role; we train at least once a week, have regular fundraising events, meetings etc. So far this year we've had 20 callouts. In return for your commitment you will learn valuable new skills, take part in many exciting & varied training sessions and be part of a very professional team.
